Photograph the back of the truck so the plate is in frame. The plate is read and matched to a registered truck.
Take one clear photo of the plate, check the number, then add the truck. This photo is shown later so the clerk can compare.

"Send results" makes one file with the scores, registered trucks and small copies of the gate photos, and opens WhatsApp, email and other apps to send it.
